New Recipe! Icecream a la Krystal (No icecream maker required)

How would you like to have some awesome tasting icecream without having to buy a machine to make it? What if i told you in less then 24 hours you could be enjoying this:

That my friends, is homemade icecream and it tastes wonderful.
The bonus is it can be totally fat free! That’s no fun though so i added in some goodies to my batch. Totally yummy.

Homemade Custom Icecream
1  (12 ounce can) fat-free evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce can) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fatfree half and half
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

That is the base recipe. Pour all of those ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until combined. Now you can whisk in all of your extras!
My batch included chocolate chips, marshmallows amd crumbled up oreo cookies. The marshmallows were an awesome addition for sure! (Fritz’s idea, thanks love)
Once you have all ingredients combined pour into freezer safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap to prevent crystalization. Freeze overnight. That’s it! Simple as that. It will change your life! Give this recipe a try ASAP and let me know what combination you tried.

This is what it looks like in the bowl, once frozen. Fritz took a nibble before I got the chance to snap a photo. (He’s so impatient, Haha)

What is your favorite icecream flavor?
